Processing time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping rates & delivery times We ship via PostNL. Rates are calculated based on the weight of your order at checkout.

• Netherlands: Standard delivery, typically 1–2 business days.
• European Union: Standard international delivery, typically 3–7 business days.
• Rest of the world: Standard international delivery, typically 7–14 business days.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a PostNL tracking number. You can track your shipment at postnl.nl.

Customs & duties (non-EU orders) International orders outside the EU may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
